Inspection Policy: You may open the package and inspect the items before paying.

Delivery Process:
1. Before delivery, our courier will contact you via WhatsApp to confirm your delivery address and whether you will be home.

2. You must reply to the courier’s confirmation message** for the delivery process to continue.

3. Once you reply, the courier will deliver the package immediately.

4. Delivery Time: Delivery within approximately 3–5 days

5. If you do not reply to the courier’s message, we will be unable to process your order.

Please reply to the courier’s message as soon as possible to ensure timely delivery.
Please have the exact cash amount ready when the courier arrives.
You may open the package and inspect the items in the courier’s presence; please pay in cash only after confirming everything is in order.
Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to sign for the package.
